IL GHIACCIO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Il ghiaccio della serie nuggets ha la caratteristica combinata di essere compatto e piacevolmente masticabile, essendo una via di mezzo tra il ghiaccio granulare e il cubetto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c8 il ghiaccio ideale per la creazione dei cocktails in cui serve il ghiaccio pestato (come caipirinha, mojito o caipiroska).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il ghiaccio nel formato nuggets \u00e8 a basso contenuto d\u2019acqua e pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato in vari settori: cocktails bar e discoteche, nella ristorazione collettiva, nelle cucine centrali e anche nel settore medicale.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

LA MACCHINA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La gamma di macchine per la produzione di ghiaccio tipo \u201cnugget\u201d si compone di due modelli, con distinte capacit\u00e0 produttive, i quali devono essere combinati con un deposito separato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il ghiaccio tipo \u201cnugget\u201d (pepite) viene creato da un evaporatore cilindrico verticale, dotato di una coclea che raschia il ghiaccio dalla superficie interna dell\u2019evaporatore, portandolo fino all\u2019uscita del cilindro dove si trova un estrusore, che crea il ghiaccio compresso a forma di cilindretto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Possono essere abbinate alla vasta scelta di depositi per ghiaccio prodotti da Icematic.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
