LA GLACE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La glace produite par les machines de la s\u00e9rie Almond est unique en son genre car elle est la plus froide et s\u00e8che, avec une temp\u00e9rature d\u2019environ -7\u00b0C et une \u00e9paisseur qui peut varier de 0,9 \u00e0 1,2 mm. Solides et s\u00e8ches, les \u00e9cailles ont une grande surface de contact pour un refroidissement rapide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La glace des machines Almond est parfaite pour diff\u00e9rentes applications, comme les supermarch\u00e9s, restauration collective, charcuteries, boucheries et industrie de la viande, poissonneries et cri\u00e9es, ports de mer, secteur pharmaceutique et plus encore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La glace \u00e0 \u00e9cailles plates, s\u00e8ches et sous-refroidie, a une couleur blanche pure et est id\u00e9ale pour prolonger la fra\u00eecheur maximale de chaque produit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

LA MACHINE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La nouvelle gamme des machines \u00e0 gla\u00e7ons \u00e0 \u00e9cailles plates est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par une pr\u00e9sence d\u2019humidit\u00e9 consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duite (environ 2%), en assurant donc une fraicheur absolue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le syst\u00e8me de production de la s\u00e9rie Almond pr\u00e9voit un \u00e9vaporateur cylindrique vertical en acier inox et une spatule libre pivotante qui racle la glace produite, en donnant naissance aux \u00e9cailles. Les machines \u00e0 gla\u00e7ons de la s\u00e9rie Almond peuvent \u00eatre associ\u00e9es aux bacs de stockage Icematic.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
