LA GLACE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La glace en nuggets (\u00e0 p\u00e9pites) a la caract\u00e9ristique d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e0 la fois compacte et agr\u00e9able \u00e0 croquer, en \u00e9tant un juste milieu entre la glace granulaire et le gla\u00e7on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il s\u2019agit de la glace id\u00e9ale pour la cr\u00e9ation de cocktails comme la ca\u00efpirinha, le mojito, les caipiroskas, etc, et pour les buffets sur lit de glace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La glace en nugget a une faible teneur en eau (environ 8%) et elle peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e dans diff\u00e9rents secteurs: bars \u00e0 cocktails et discoth\u00e8ques, restauration collective, cuisines centrales et \u00e9galement dans le secteur m\u00e9dical.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

LA MACHINE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La gamme de machines \u00e0 gla\u00e7ons en nuggets se compose de deux mod\u00e8les avec diff\u00e9rentes capacit\u00e9s de production et qui doivent \u00eatre combin\u00e9s avec un bac de stockage s\u00e9par\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La glace en nuggets est cr\u00e9\u00e9e par un \u00e9vaporateur cylindrique vertical \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019une vis sans fin qui racle la glace de la surface interne de l\u2019\u00e9vaporateur, en l\u2019amenant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la sortie du cylindre o\u00f9 se trouve une extrudeuse qui comprime la glace sous la forme d\u2019une p\u00e9pite (nugget).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le bac de stockage peut \u00eatre s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 parmi la vaste gamme des bacs Icematic.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
