THE ICE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Nuggets-shaped has the characteristics of being both compact and pleasant to chew, being half-way between granular ice and solid ice cubes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is the ideal ice for the creation of cocktails where crunched ice is needed as caipirinhas, mojitos or caipiroskas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nuggets format ice has a low water contain and may be used in many spaces as: cocktails-bars, disco-clubs, professional catering and restaurants, centralized kitchens and the medical sector as well.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

THE ICE MAKER<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The range of professional ice maker machines \u201cnugget\u201d type is based on two models, with different production capacities, to be combined with a separate bin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cnugget\u201d type ice is created via a vertical and cylindrical evaporator, equipped with a screw-conveyor, that scrapes the internal surface of the ice pulling it to the outlet of the machine, where an extruder presses the ice into small cylinders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These machines to be paired to the vast selection of Icematic bins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
